Balance Yoga with Kimberly Allcock
Kim's passion is helping people discover the resources within themselves. She invites her students to dissolve their perceived limitations and to find themselves capable of more than they thought possible. Her classes integrate breath and body mindfulness, intelligent postural alignment, yoga philosophy and playful movement. Students describe her classes as 'skilled', 'knowledgeable', 'inviting', 'joyful' and 'fun'.
Kim has practiced yoga for more than ten years and became a dedicated yoga instructor in 2005. She has more than 2000 hours of teaching experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Ecology, is a registered 200-hour yoga teacher, has completed 500 hour yoga instructor training and is a certified Prenatal Yoga instructor.
